Terms

1) SUL will prepare the distribution plan in co-ordination with you.
2) You will issue the L.P.O. to SUL before commencement of the project.
3) SUL will complete the project within the given time and send the distribution reports to you.
4) Minimum quantity for distribution should be 10,000 flyers each in Capital as well as Salalah, while for Interior regions it should be minimum 20,000 flyers.
5) Entire quantity will be delivered to SUL office in MBD.
6) You will make the payment in favour of Al-Seeb United Lights L.L.C. within 30 days of completion of the project.
